Miss MyMy Easy Shrinkies Shrinkies are a strand by strand hair extension method. They are Keratin lined tubes that shrink when heat is applied. The difference between Miss MyMy Easy Shrinkies and regular shrinkies is the loop. With Easy Shrinkies the loop is attached to the tube. In the case of other companies, the shrinkie are separate and you have to purchase the looper separately. With each section of hair the looper must be relooped which takes additional time. Since our looper is attached one step can be eliminated. How They're Used Natural hair is pulled through the tube using the looper Once the natural hair is through I tipped hair is inserted into the tube Use your fusion heating tool to heat the tube which will shrinks down to protect the bond once heat is applied. If you don’t have a fusion heating tool you can use your flat iron. Roll the tube between your fingers to ensure a solid bond without air bubbles. Also really great for sealing micro braids. To Remove Shrinkies Reheat the tube which will simply slide off the natural hair. Have Your Unit Made With A Mold

For the ultimate in customization have your unit made to the exact contour of your head.


Our regular custom units are made using measurements in order to construct units  for both men and women.


Specific areas of the head are measured in order to create the unit. 
This is a great value since our manufacturing technique with measurements is outstanding and is great for most people. 


Units made from a mold will fit like a glove. We will be able to replicate the exact hairline of the client or create one of his/her liking. Units made with molds require several fittings in order to make the mold. The mold can be made from a few different materials depending on the clients wishes. Once the mold  is made, each unit the client orders thereafter will be made from that mold. The mold will be filed at our offices for the clients convenience.




Custom units are like clothing that you can have made by a dress maker by giving your measurements or her taking your measurements.


Units made with molds are like couture clothing , not available everywhere, very customized.


Both types of units use the same outstanding Miss MyMy Organic Hair.


Below is the first fitting for a mold. This mold will be created with silicone upon its completion.

The following client bought a closure from Miss MyMy in 2009...Yes I said 2009. She had it colored to her natural hair color which is a very very light ash blond.


The closure she purchased was made from  Malaysian Straight hair which has a very dark natural color.


This client winters in Florida so her hair is exposed to a great deal of sunshine...damn that sunshine state...lol


Below we see the before pictures, originally taken in 2009.

She came in a week ago asking us if we could tone her hair  as it was getting a bit gold...after 2 years...wow....no hair loss at all and she has worn this hair every day, all day for 2 years. It is now her hair.


When asked what she did to make it last so long without any hair loss. she said she washes often with Miss shampoo and conditioner, uses Miss MyMy serum and makes sure to treat it every 2 weeks. If your hair care regime does not look like that ,you're not doing it right.

Still Going Strong After 21/2 Years

Yes the following image is a Fijian Medium Curl Wig. It was made 21/2 years ago for the clients wedding in Barbados. Needless to say it saw its fair share of salt water while she was there on her honeymoon.


Since that time it has been back to Barbados as well as many other places and still looks fantastic.


The client is wearing it behind her natural hairline and has styled it with a French braid along the front.

Straight Malaysian Wig Worn Curly

I think it's only fair, since I posted pics of my tight curl Fijian wig that I blow dried and flat ironed and wore straight, to also post some pics of my 26' Malaysian straight wig, worn curly. Whewww...talk about a mouthful!

First, I lightly sprayed my clean hair with some hairspray, just to give it some hold. And I mean LIGHTLY. I used a 3/4 barrel curling iron, and started with small-ish section at the back. I curled all the hair going back in long ringlets from the left side of my head, and then the same from the right; meeting at the back. To finish, I took smaller sections from the top and followed the same pattern. The bangs area, I sort of swooped into one of the curls and dropped it off into a ringlet as well. I tried to spiral curl the hair as I wound it around the curling iron barrel.

When I finished curling, I let the hair cool a minute before combing it out with my fingers, so as not to disturb the curl pattern too much. Voila! Beautiful, sexy curls on a straight hair wig!!!

A big congratulations to The Multicultural Beauty Group on  their first trade show and gala.

After much hard work it was a HUGE success.

The Gala event  to honor the veterans of the trade was great. Mr Azan in particular was very inspiring. He spoke of people of color taking ownership in the business side of this industry...something we usually don't do. It was fantastic meeting him and I felt rejuvenated in my quest to own a small piece of the pie.
